At Wellness Plus, we offer two paths for your care:
Membership Path: Patients who choose a membership receive a discounted price on their initial evaluation and lab panel. This discount is part of your commitment to ongoing, personalized care and helps us keep membership costs lower for everyone. Then a monthly membership fee is paid for ongoing care and collaboration.
One-Time Evaluation: Patients who prefer not to join a membership can choose a one-time evaluation at a higher, à la carte price. This includes the same comprehensive visit and lab panel but does not include follow-up care or ongoing support.

We offer a discount for those who enroll in a 6-month membership!
Medications:
Medications like hormone therapy or GLP-1 treatments are purchased separately through your chosen pharmacy and are not included in membership fees. Prior authorization services are available for a small fee if required by insurance.
